Ashtree Villa is a detached property in the Creekside village of Gweek on the Helford River in South Cornwall at the start of Lizard peninsular which is Britains most southerly point.
Gweek is in an AOB Area of Outstanding Beauty surrounded by hillsides with vast areas of trees leading down to the waters of the Helford River.
Local towns include Helston, Falmouth, Truro, St Ives, Newquay, Camborne and Redruth.
Our local beaches of which there are many include Poldue, Kynance cove, Porthleven, Marazion, Gwithian, Godrevy, St Ives and Newquay.
Our accommodation offers a choice of a Double bedroom with en-suite on the ground floor.

We have also available the very spacious self-contained unit “The Ashtree Apartment” a ground floor luxury apartment suite featuring a very large lounge with marble floors, marble coffee tables, flat screen TV with Free Sat.

A small but fully fitted kitchen compliments this lovely apartment.
Outside in the grounds you will find the secluded “The Old Boathouse” which is a detached timber building with small patio with BBQ area and tables for al Fresco dining. Inside the solid Oak flooring covers the entire unit where the lounge area has cream leather sofa and bucket chairs. There is a flat screen TV with feature electric fire to make your stay cosy. The bedroom area has a quality oak frame bed with good quality mattress and foam topper.
The kitchen and dining area features a fridge freezer, toaster, kettle, microwave and two ring cooker with oven.
The boating theme is all around the walls with watercraft of all shapes and sizes, some actually built in Gweek at the famous “Gweek Quay” just a few minutes walk from the property.
Our local hostelry “The Black Swan” is just a few steps away for a tasty meal and a few drinks. Our local shop/post office caters for everyday needs and to see boats of all shapes and sizes being built and repaired a walk round “Gweek Quay” boatyard is a must.
The famous Cornish Seal Sanctuary is just at the end of the road.
